As of now, we have two projects in the works: the Courtyard Project and Recycling Week. The Courtyard Project, as you know, is an effort to rejuvenate the area behind the library and in between the science and interdis wings. The Latin classes recently planted in certain areas, but with our help it could be made even better. The Recyling Week is an initiative to get students to recycle more. More details for both activities can be seen after the jump.
Ecology Club Lives!

As you may (or may not) have noticed, Ecology Club meetings have been somewhat scarce lately. This is due to a lack of potential meeting days (due to both faculty meetings and lack of time on my end) and the fact that not many people are interested in outdoor ecological activities in the winter. So, in an effort to keep things streamlined, I thought that moving much of the process online would be a good idea. With this, we can get the planning and other BS out of the way online, and use the meetings for activities to jump-start the club and perhaps get it moving again.
So please. Try to keep somewhat updated on this site as it will provide you with up-to-date information on the Ecology Club. You have several options with this. You could just bookmark this website and check in on it once a week or so, or you could subscribe to the RSS feed. I am currently looking into ways to send alerts to your email upon creating a new post and will have information for you on that shortly.
Keeping track of this website won’t take very long, is much more convenient than staying after school for a 10 minute meeting, and is a good way to stay updated on Ecology Club happenings. It will also be a nice way to keep things productive. I promise I’ll do my best to stay updated as long as I see indicators that this little club blogging experiment is producing results. If possible, leave a quick comment when you can- your input on club matters is always appreciated!
